Legal basis

  • Legitimate interest (GDPR art. 6.1.f): site security and technical maintenance.

  • Static Forms (staticforms.dev) — relays contact form submissions to our email.
  • Google Ireland Limited (with transfers to Google LLC, US, under Standard Contractual Clauses and the EU-US Data Privacy Framework) — Google Analytics 4 with IP anonymisation, only if you accept analytics cookies.
  • GitHub, Inc. (US) — hosting for the static pages of this site (GitHub Pages). Does not receive form data.

Retention

  • Contact-form messages: up to 2 years after the last interaction, unless earlier deletion is requested.
  • Analytics data: Google Analytics 4 default retention of 2 months. Not cross-referenced with any other source.

Your rights

You can exercise the following rights at any time: access, rectification, erasure ("right to be forgotten"), objection, restriction of processing, data portability, withdrawing consent, and not being subject to automated decisions.
